Donna Lajoie
Founder & Principal
Bringing more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience to every project. Donna's career began in hotel operations, where she gained hands-on expertise across all hotel departments before advancing to General Manager and later Regional Hotel Director, overseeing the performance of fifteen hotels.
Drawing on her extensive operational and procurement background, Donna leads all phases of hospitality FF&E and OS&E purchasing and project management, from project planning and budgeting through procurement, delivery, and installation. Her unique understanding of both hotel operations and design allows her to help clients make informed purchasing decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client success, Donna works closely with owners, developers, and designers to deliver projects that meet both operational goals and design objectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial textiles, wallcoverings, and hospitality industries, he brings a unique blend of product expertise, strategic sourcing, and relationship management to every project.
Throughout his career, Erik has held leadership roles in brand management, hospitality, and sales management at both the manufacturing and distribution levels. His collaborative approach and dedication to providing thoughtful, authentic guidance help clients make informed decisions that maximize value while supporting design objectives and operational goals.
